3D Rendering | Design Concept

At Stella Noir, we take pride in crafting spaces that reflect our clients' personal tastes while also providing functionality and elegance. The 3D rendering video of this design project provides a comprehensive visual experience that captures the essence of the space, highlighting its features, layouts, and flow.

When compared to the final project photos, the similarities are striking. Ultimately, the 3D video functions as an effective bridge between vision and reality, enabling clients to fully comprehend the project before its physical manifestation, and reinforcing confidence in the design’s final realization.

Living Room Features

Upon entering the living room, the first thing that captures your attention is the new fireplace focal point. This feature not only serves as a warm focal point but also adds a touch of sophistication to the room. Its blends seamlessly with the surrounding built-in cabinets, which offer ample storage and give character to the room.

The built-in cabinets are painted Benjamin Moore Simply White, allowing them to blend effortlessly with the overall decor while providing a perfect backdrop for decorative items and personal treasures. The clever design maximizes space with hidden storage behind the mantel and underneath the daybed lounger.

Another standout feature of this living room is the expansive bay window, which has been transformed into a serene retreat with the inclusion of a built-in daybed lounger. This cozy nook extends an invitation to relax, read, or simply enjoy a moment of tranquility while basking in natural light. Custom double thick cushions complement the daybed, making it an ideal spot for both lounging and socializing.

Kitchen Refresh

Adjacent to the living room lies the refreshed kitchen. The cabinetry has been painted in Benjamin Moore Simply White and Sleigh Bells, giving it an air of freshness. New countertops enhance the kitchen's functionality and style, offering durability while adding to the overall aesthetic.

One of the most impressive additions is the herringbone backsplash, which introduces a touch of texture and visual interest. This pattern not only draws the eye but also harmonizes beautifully with the new gold finishes. The gold accents — from hardware to light fixtures — provide a warm contrast against the cabinetry, creating a cohesive and inviting space.

New wood floors and a fresh coat of Benjamin Moore paint in Simply White warmed up this cozy living room. A large bay window has new built-in cabinetry creating a custom daybed lounger with storage underneath.

New cabinetry was designed and installed on a blank wall to create a cozy fireplace focal point. New wood flooring from Mirage in white oak help to warm up the room decorated in soft whites and blue tones.

Existing cabinetry was painted Benjamin Moore Simply White, and the island is painted in Benjamin Moore Sleigh Bells. All walls, soffits and moldings are painted to match the cabinetry. This kitchen refresh utilized the clients existing cabinetry. New herringbone backsplash tiles were installed, along with new quartz countertops and fixtures and hardware in soft gold finishes.

Before (real estate photo): Dated Tuscan style kitchen. Solution: Paint existing cabinets and modify moldings. Replace the countertops, backsplash, sinks/faucets. New lighting, hardware, wood floors and new paint throughout.

Before (real life family photo): Clean out and organization was a necessary step to refresh the kitchen and living room, resulting in a fresh and calm space as this busy family prepared to welcome their second child shortly after construction.

Before: Living space felt incohesive and lacked a warm and inviting feeling. Empy bay window area was under utilized “dead” space.
